Welcome to Rasoi Punjabian Di. By subscribing to our tiffin services or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Subscription & Orders

• All meal plans (Trial, Weekly, Monthly, or Custom) must be paid in advance.

• Orders and subscriptions are confirmed only after successful payment.

• Any change in delivery address, meal type (Veg/Non-Veg), or timing must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Delivery Policy

• Meals are delivered within the specified time slots, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the tiffin.

• If the delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or absence, the meal will be considered delivered and no refund will be issued.

3. Pause, Cancellation & Refund

• Weekly/Monthly subscriptions can be paused or cancelled with 24 hours’ prior notice.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be calculated on a pro-rata basis after deducting delivery and processing charges.

• No refund will be provided for same-day cancellations or for meals already prepared/delivered.

4. Food Quality & Consumption

• All meals are freshly prepared and meant to be consumed within 2–3 hours of delivery.

• Rasoi Punjabian Di is not responsible for any issues arising from improper storage or delayed consumption.

5. Pricing & Menu Changes

• Prices and menu items are subject to change without prior notice due to market conditions or availability of ingredients.

• Any ongoing offers or discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned.

6. Customer Responsibility

• Customers are requested to inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

• Rasoi Punjabian Di will not be liable for any allergic reactions if such information is not provided in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

• While we ensure strict hygiene and quality standards, Rasoi Punjabian Di is not liable for delays, service interruptions, or damages beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, unforeseen events).
