Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Rasoi Punjabian Di, we value your trust and strive to provide fresh, hygienic, and timely food delivery. Please read our Refund & Returns policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they are accepted by the restaurant and food preparation has started.

If you wish to cancel an order immediately after placing it (before confirmation), please contact our support team. Cancellation will be accepted only if preparation has not started.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be provided under the following conditions:

Wrong Order Delivered: If you receive food items different from what was ordered.

Incomplete Order: If certain paid items are missing from your order.

Order Not Delivered: If delivery fails due to our fault or partner restaurant issues.

Poor Quality (Verified): If the delivered food is spoiled, stale, or unfit for consumption (proof required).
3. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact our support team within 2 hours of delivery with your order ID and a photo of the issue (if applicable).

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided via UPI/bank transfer after verification.
4. No Refund Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

Delay in delivery due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect delivery address or contact details provided by the customer.

Customer not available at the time of delivery.

Dissatisfaction with taste, quantity, or appearance (unless food is spoiled).
5. Replacement

If possible, we may offer a replacement order instead of a refund when the issue is related to missing or incorrect items.

Replacement is subject to restaurant availability and delivery conditions.
